- Vaccinations must be current for Rabies plus FVRCP or RDCP.
- Please bring a copy of proof of vaccinations from your Veterinarian for our records.
- Adult cats must be spayed or neutered.
- Must supply the name and phone number of your Vet.
- We recommend that you supply the food that your cat is used to eating; to minimize the adjustment.
- (Optional) You may bring your cat's favorite bed or toy.
